7:00 Performance time - This performance is worth a significant portion of your grade. Please make plans to be there.
7:20ish - Performance conclusion
Following the concert, students will need to take their instruments home unless it is an instrument borrowed from the school. We only have two days of band after the concert, so we will be taking care of other things and not playing.
If you are continuing with band in 7th grade, it is recommended that you take your instrument in to Ernie Williamson Music to be serviced/cleaned over the summer. If you plan on doing this, do so at the BEGINNING of the summer. Summer is a very busy time for the repair personnel at Ernie Williamson. If you take it at the end of summer, sometimes the wait time is six weeks to get your instrument back.
If you are not continuing in 7th grade, it is your responsibility to return your instrument to the music store if you are renting from them. They will continue charging rent until it is returned.
If you did not sign up for band in 7th grade and have changed your mind, it is not too late to change your schedule. Simply email the Junior High Counselors and they will take care of it for you. Mr. Withers - firstname.lastname@example.org Mrs. Brock - email@example.com
If you have any questions about the performance or anything else band related, feel free to email Mr. Wadell. firstname.lastname@example.org
