Webb City High School, Barton Auditorium
8:00am Arrive at band room in all black dress clothes (long sleeve black dress shirt/black slacks/long black socks/black shoes). If ladies would rather wear long black skirts/dresses, please wear black tights also. Load instruments into band trailer.
8:30am Load busses. Leave for Webb City.
8:45am Unload at Webb City. Wind Ensemble assembles for warm-up.
9:51am Wind Ensemble begins warm-up, Instrument cases will stay in the dome.
10:16am Wind Ensemble State Band Performance! Symphonic Band and parents watch.
10:41am Wind Ensemble Sight-reading (no audience allowed). Go to dome afterward-Symphonic Band gets instruments ready in dome.
11:06am Symphonic Band begins-warm up.
11:31am Symphonic Band State Band Performance! Wind Ensemble and parents watch.
11:56am Symphonic Band Sight-reading (no audience allowed)
Wind Ensemble start loading band trailer
12:20pm Symphonic Band load instruments on band trailer
12:40pm Leave for lunch at CiCi’s pizza(thank you Band Boosters!)
1:45pm Leave for CJHS
2:15pm Arrive at CJHS unload trailer.
