Junior High Bands to Parkview HS (4/17/19)

Viking Concert Band Classic

7:15 am    Arrive at CJJH in Concert Black
        Load Trailer
        When the trailer is loaded get on your assigned bus
8:00 am    Depart CJJH for Parkview HS
9:30 am    Arrive at Parkview
        All band members unload trailer.
        (Assemble instruments?)
10:00 am    7th Grade Band Warm-up/Performance
        8th Grade Band performs next. Remain in your seats with instruments and
        be a good audience.
10:45 am    8th Grade Band Warm-up/Performance
        7th Grade Band will change places with the 8th grade. Be a good
         audience.
11:30        Load instruments on trailer and go to lunch.
12:00        LUNCH!!
        Missouri State University Garst Dining Center
        We are parking at John Q. Hammons and will have a 2 minute walk. STAY
        TOGETHER!
1:00        Depart Springfield for CJJH
2:30        Arrive at CJJH
        Unload trailer, put instruments back in your locker.
        Depending on how much time is left you might have to go to your Bulldog
​        Block.
    
Reminders:

• Wear your concert black attire. (See Band Handbook).
• The Band Boosters are paying for your lunch, THANK YOU!
• We are performing back to back. While you are not performing you are in the audience and being supportive of each other.
• We are a very large group representing the Carl Junction schools, band program, and community. Please and thank you are part of our vocabulary.
  • It will take some time for us to move. Please be patient and do not get ahead of your teachers.
